Freight Bookings
Javits Center is committed to creating an efficient freight delivery process. With the installation of the truck marshaling building, the Center added four stories of space to park more than 200 trucks. Our first-of-a-kind logistics management system significantly increases the efficiency and security of the intricate process by which trucks deliver and retrieve event-related materials throughout the year. All contractor and exhibitor freight deliveries or collections are scheduled in advance through our Javits Center Logistics platform.
Our logistics software requires all vehicles to complete a booking which will include some basic exhibitor, driver and company details. A general contractor will review and electronically assign staging, marshaling and/or dock space through SMS text or the mobile application. The check-in process will be expedited by completing the booking information prior to arrival, and processing delays should be expected if booking is not completed. Trucks higher than 12 ft. 6 in. will not clear tunnels. They must use a bridge. Also remember that no trucks are allowed on parkways. The address for truck deliveries is 369 12th Ave, New York, NY 10018. The entrance is on 12th Avenue between 39th and 40th Streets.
