Resting on the plush, luxurious bedding provides a great escape from the city that never sleeps. Located in the heart of the Financial District, Holiday Inn Manhattan-Financial Center sets the stage for the perfect New York City getaway or corporate venue. The hotel is conveniently located in the Financial District of Lower Manhattan, just blocks from the World Trade Center. The Financial Center is home to major economic power houses such as the New York Stock Exchange, US Federal Reserve Bank and World Financial Center. Although this new hotel stands in a modern city, guests are still submerged in the city’s rich history, including the inauguration of George Washington as the first President of the United States in 1789 at Federal Hall, just minutes away. The Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty Ferry Terminal is located half a mile away on the waterfront of Battery Park. The hotel is also conveniently located near a PATH Rail Station just a few blocks away. There is also a self-parking garage and subway station nearby, both 1 block away so guests can easily navigate to and from the property.

Sky Room (Dine/Restaurants)

For business meetings and social events that leave a lasting impression, be sure to book your events with us. Sky Room, which boasts 360 degree views of Manhattan and the Hudson River from the city's highest rooftop lounge, takes New York City nightlife to the next level. Located just blocks away from the Javits Center, and occupying the 33rd and 34th Floor of the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Times Square, the bi-level ultra lounge transports guests to a high energy oasis atop 40th Street and offers five distinct spaces: the Times Square Lounge, the Cube balcony, the Private Salon, the North terrace with its retractable roof, and the South Terrace with its private cabanas. The north terrace on the 34th floor provides a comfortable environment all year round with a fully retractable glass roof cover and panoramic glass walls, offering stunning views of the Times Square area. One standout highlight of the venue is the South Terrace on the 2nd level amidst a lush landscape, set up to offer a luxurious space where guests can truly enjoy being in the heart of Manhattan, with views of the Hudson River and the Empire State Building.

Bergdorf Goodman

It was one of Carrie Bradshaw’s favorite haunts in Sex and the City. And it is internationally recognized as one of the grand dames in the pantheon of New York department stores: Bergdorf Goodman. The very name evokes the epitome of Manhattan glamour. Perched on the site of the Vanderbilt Mansion at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 58th Street, the stately Art Deco flagship store is the only Bergdorf store in existence—cultivating an air of exclusivity that extends to the store’s bespoke service and high-end designer fashions and accessories, which bear labels from vaunted names like Gucci and Prada. A hallmark of Bergdorf’s merchandising are its celebrated, often-extravagant window displays, which customarily stop traffic and lure in the world’s most discriminating shoppers. Bergdorf’s consists of eight floors of elegant women’s couture and designer collections, while across Fifth Avenue, the men’s collection takes up three floors. A salon, restaurant and café are also on premises when it’s time to relax and recharge.

54 Below

Located in the basement space of former legendary disco Studio 54, this breathtaking, upscale cabaret lives up to its motto as Broadway’s Supper Club. Here, in an intimate setting that evokes the lush, slightly decadent ambience of a 1920s speakeasy, the brightest stars of the Broadway stage—along with fast-rising singers, musicians and songwriters—set a new standard for New York entertainment venues. 54 Below features three shows nightly and includes a late-night lounge with service into the wee hours. The main dining room, which offers cocktails and a classically inspired, world-class seasonal menu, can accommodate 134 people, with all tables no more than 24 feet from the stage. The club was created and designed by Tony Award-winning theatrical producers as a lavish tribute to Broadway performers and fans. In addition to the best in cabaret, this only-in-New York nightspot is also ideal for a pre-theatre dinner or private event. No matter how you choose to enjoy 54 Below, you’ll be treated to a cabaret and dining experience that is both contemporary and utterly timeless.
